MUSE

On the 6th December we celebrated our 2nd sealing anniversary, We always like to celebrate as I call it our 2nd wedding day. Last year we celebrated at Taco Bill. This year we were SO lucky to get tickets to MUSE. If you don't know who Muse is you totally missing out! Muse is Kurt and My favourite band. Kurt likes a lot of music that I don't and other way around He doesn't like the music I like. With Muse we can agree. There music is both easy listening, dance worthy and very clean (Not a single swear word). We were also very lucky to be close to the front in what Kurt likes to call the mosh pit. Which was AMAZING. We couldn't ask for a better spot.
They did all there amazing songs and we had a good dance and jump around. They were fantastic performers. We also went with an awesome group of people. We all had so much fun. The highlight of the evening would of have to been Matt Bellamany's gorgeous grand piano that lit up with lights as he played. It was also an AWESOME light show.

CHECK OUT THE PICTURES BELOW... I did not take my camera. But I found these.

Matt Bellamany.

Our tree is up

We put up our christmas tree on the 25th November and love having it up. I love watchin Matilda and Spencer play with it. I actually dont mind them pulling the decorations off because we do it for them. I am glad to see how much they enjoy it.

Lounging around

I have had my cat for 6 years and she is an amazing cat. Matilda can pull her tail as hard as she can and the cat will still sleep. The kids can ride her like a horse and she won't complain. Her favourite thing is following the kids around and having her ears pulled which both kids are really good at doing.

My Bikie Child

Spencer loves riding motor bikes. Its very lucky his grandpoppa rides a nice bike and so does our friends. I have a feeling that my little boy is going to have a great love for bikes. The reason he is wearing that type of helmet is he wouldn't get on the bike without something on his head. We wouldn't let him touch the real helmet. Even though he kept asking.

In a year

This time last year we had so many idea's in mind. We had just come back from a friends wedding and had our sights set on moving to Queensland we had no idea how or how we were going to save the amount we needed. Last sunday Kurt and I reflected on what has happened in a year. Both good and bad. We talked about the move we made from Melbourne to Queensland and what we should of done differently. A year ago we knew that we had to move to Queensland and that we did. We did not know why we moved but slowly we have been shown on why. At the time we thought we would move back and it would be all great. But we have had our fair amount of struggles along the way as anyone would do.

I believe to this day that Kurt wouldn't be doing what he is doing now. I believe I wouldn't of put Spencer into daycare 2 days a week and Tilda is doing amazingly. I think her skin would of been better treated if we were in Melbourne but things are working out in different ways.

Matilda's Skin

Before we moved to Queensland in March, Matilda decided to break out in a pretty nasty rash that is all over her chest, arms, back, knee's and sometimes face. The rash/eczema somedays it has its good days and some days it has its bad days. Lately I am feeling that it's not ending. Its not going away. She has never ever had that soft baby skin. We have been to numerous doctors about it, We have tried cream after cream. Creams will work for a week maybe 2 weeks. After that the rash will fight its way back. Its been at a point a few times where its bleed. One doctor we have been to suggested to do nothing about it. Leave it as she grows she will grow out of it. As she is getting bigger. It is getting worse. I am starting to tell that she is getting annoyed by it.
We now have a routine of 3 creams a night... For a 1 year old it can be quite tough to deal with.

Sorry these pictures are in a random order. Sorry. They are back to front I should say. Well my little boy turned 3 on the 26th July. I can't believe he is 3 already. We had an action packed day for him. His birthday fell on a Monday which is Day care day. So We thought we would send him to day care seeing we have to pay for it anyway.
He got up nice and early. We wished him a happy birthday. We than set off for Day Care. Which is a 10 minute walk down the road. We picked up Spencer at 2pm which is early because we normally pick him up at 3:30.
We gave him his presents which was. A Buzz... Buzz Linen and some new clothes.

Than Kurt's Dad and His wife came down to see Spencer and gave him so pretty awesome presents. We than had Pizza for dinner and had an early night because he had such a BUSY day.

One of my beautiful friends gave birth to a little girl about 10 days ago... Her name is Nasia Joan Cooper. She has been a real big point of our prayers at the moment. It bought home today when Chelsea uploaded this picture on facebook of how little nasia is. She is so tiny. Every time I ask after her all chels says is she is So tiny. So far we have had a HUGE fast and prayer for little nasia and hope she pulls through for her Mum and Dad. We are looking forward to seeing Ammon & Chelsea tomorrow. But in the mean time little Nasia is constantly in our thoughts and our prayers. Nasia was just over 1 pound when she was born and she was 15 weeks early.

Sad News

I have decided to put my blog on private for a little while, Mainly because I dont want the WHOLE world seeing what my family gets up to. Also I can't control who looks at the pictures of my kids. Anyway I am happy to add you to the blog if you email me at ashleewilliams89@hotmail.com. I will be closing it off Monday or Tuesday lunch time

The Best Thing I EVER did.

Some people try to hide from it. But I am now going to speak very openly about the best thing I did for myself. People may judge Kurt and me for what we did at the time. But those people need to look at the bigger picture.

3 years and 9 months ago.. I fell pregnant with my little fire boy. Spencer John Williams. He is the most amazing person I have ever met with gorgeous looks and beautiful red hair. At 17 I had a boyfriend who wasn't good for me and I was not good for him. I fell pregnant and I was lost and did not know what to do. On the 17th Feb 07 Kurt and I got married.... Things were going along smoothly.. I was happy. Kurt was some what happy. 6 Months later Spencer John Williams was born. Weighing 7 pounds 14. He was a picture of health. He had bright red hair and I loved him SO much.

18 months later we were VERY lucky to be sealed for time and all eternity in the Melbourne Temple. I am so grateful that we are all sealed together now.

3 years later... I couldn't be happier. Spencer has just had his third birthday and I couldn't ask for much. I am 21 I don't get to go out much, I have never ever experienced YSA and I don't regret the choices I have more. I am SO happy with my life at the moment.

Uni Student

For the last 2 years Kurt has been very unsure what he wanted to do career wise. He thought about becoming a School Teacher. Gave up that idea when he thought it wasn't his real passion, He got into the fitness thing in becoming a swim teacher and maybe a personal trainer. Thought no that still isn't his passion. Finally found what he wanted to do, Became an Audio Engineer. The search went to try and find where to do such a course. It's not the type of course you can do online. It had to be a full time course. So we typed into google, Audio Engineering. The first thing that popped up was www.jmc.edu.au. Now that was back in February a week before we moved to Queensland. We found out that the course starts on the 1st March about 4 days after Kurt arrived in Queensland. He decided against going into that intake and looking back at it in a few months time and maybe go into the mid year in take.

Well fast forward a few months after working at a AWFUL job, He thought stuff it, I am going to do it! He rang JMC and went through the campus. Within a short amount of weeks he was fully enrolled into uni. He is now at year a few days a week and is working at nights. he is so happy he finally found something that suited him. He comes home from uni SO happy, Expect for Thursday's where he doesn't enjoy the guy doing it. I am so glad he is finally found what he is meant to do.

She can now sit, pull herself up and walk around holding onto things, She is now starting to talk more and has said her first word which is Dad. She is the most BEAUTIFUL little girl ever with a very HAPPY personality.

Sickness Hits My Baby

Just recently I was bragging to someone that I am so lucky Matilda is 10 months old and she has not had a touch of sickness, expect for her skin. We're we think she might have a allergy.

Anyway last wednesday night when I got home Kurt said I think matilda might be coming down with something she is getting a cough. The week passed as usual. Friday I was thinking, It's getting worse. If it's still there by Monday I will book her into the Doctor, Sadly Saturday came and it got worse. I couldn't lay her down without her struggling for breath and also if she cried or giggled, She would start to weeze and come to be out of breath.

All day I was thinking I hope she is alright, Am I going to have to make a trip to hospital? Kurt worked at coles Saturday night I was praying he was going to finish at 9pm but worked till 10pm. I let him ate dinner than I said I will try and put tilly to bed and see how she goes. I put her to bed and within 10 minutes I said to Kurt, We have to make a trip to the hospital. Luckily we live on the same street as the hospital, So we got Spencer out of bed, (it's okay he wasn't asleep) and made the trip to hospital.
Kurt went back home to put Spencer to bed, While I braved the hospital at midnight. I got through pretty quickly expect for a few scares along the way. I found it very scary that the guy opposite us in the emergency ward was under police guard, With handcuffs, Plus scary old people.
Anyway cut the long story short. When we took matilda into hospital she had croup with 2 red ears and low oxygen levels. My poor little princess got hit with sickness pretty bad.

Luckily with lots of pray and medicine my little miss is on the mend, She has finished her croup medicine, But still has a cough. Hopefully she will be all better soon.

Thinking of my Boy

It's funny I go to have a night away from the kids, But I am constantly thinking of them. When I saw this I jumped up and down and said SPENCER would LOVE this!

Midnight Screening Of Eclipse

After 5 hours of sleep I thought I should blog and tell you about my night with Jacob and 19 other women... AND about a billon other people came too... Anyway we got the tickets about 3 months ago and the build up for it was HUGE... Finally the night came.. And I was NOT disappointed at all. Ok Kinda of a lie there a little bit disappointed with somethings that was not correct but won't go into it now. NOT to ruin it for anyone.

Jacob
Sarah Me and Stacey
I can't stand Kristen Stewart. YUK!

I am not obsessed...

I am NOT obsessed... But he is sure nice to look at.

This is got nothing to do with Spencer and Matilda. I just thought I would add some cute pictures of them.

Anyway Kurt has started a blog for his art work, Plus a place where he can just type. Seeing this blog is kinda my thing and in his words... GIRLY... Anyway, So check it out if you have free time its http://500metersahead.blogspot.com

I really like how we came up with the title. Kurt is looking at starting a business and was talking to our friends Ammon and Chelsea about it, We were driving along with them in the car and Ammon was being stupid as usual and said just name it after a street sign... LIKE... 500 Meter's ahead. I thought HEY thats awesome. So far thats the name. Hopefully the business will work out.

At 8 Months and 1 week Matilda has her first tooth. (YAY!! FINALLY). I found it tonight, I was rather excited... As Spencer got his first tooth at 5 months, I am just so glad she has finally got one... NOW for more pain of teething.

Favorite Spot

Every morning Spencer loves watching ABC 2 at 10am, We're he gets to watch Wiggle's Waffle... My son has the same problem as his Uncle James, He likes to sit MEGA close to the TV, The last few days he will sit on Kurt's fit ball and balance himself on it.
I think my little man is going to get square eyes.

Chocolate Baby

I know its bad for me to say it but my little miss tilly, is turning out just like ME... She LOVES her chocolate.

Please excuse the picture, Its not the best one of her.

A few weeks ago in Relief Society we had a lesson on Mother's and Daughters, The talk was taken from the most recent General Conference. It talks a lot about Mother's and what council they give there daughters. Also on how Daughters treat there mothers. Although I did not listen to much of the lesson due to a very active 8 month old. I was reading over the talk on the Monday and thinking about my own mother.

Tomorrow it is my mum's 54th Birthday. I really do love her and what she taught me, I found this quote in the talk that I felt it related how I use to treat her,

Now, mothers, I understand that it sometimes appears that our children aren’t paying attention to the lessons we’re trying to teach them. Believe me—I’ve seen that glazed-over look that comes to the eyes of teenagers just when you’re coming to what you think is the best part of your instruction. Let me assure you that even when you think your daughter is not listening to a thing you say, she is still learning from you as she watches you to see if your actions match your words. As Ralph Waldo Emerson is believed to have said, “What you do speaks so loud that I cannot hear what you say” (see Ralph Keyes, The Quote Verifier [2006], 56).

I love my mother so much and believe I did learn from her on how to be a mother and how she treats her children. She is such a loving supporting mother and always has time for each of her 5 children and 7 grandchildren.

The best thing about my Mum she has taught me how to be a Mother....

Teach your daughters to find joy in nurturing children. This is where their love and talents can have the greatest eternal significance. Consider in this context President Harold B. Lee’s injunction that “the most important . . . work you will ever do will be within the walls of your own homes” (Teachings of Presidents of the Church: Harold B. Lee [2000], 134). This is true for all of us, of course, but it is especially powerful when considering the relationship of mothers and daughters

DAYCARE

Since Spencer has turned 2, I have wanted to start him in daycare but didn't know where to look. I found the perfect place in Melbourne but with moving I couldn't really start him there because it would mess with his routine. As moving did upset it enough as it was. So about 2 weeks ago Kurt and I came to the decision that Daycare is need in his life. As he was getting very bored at home and I was running out of things to entertain him. I did a lot of research into the type of daycare I wanted for him. There are a few things with him that I do worry about. ( I won't go into that now) As any parent would. With not knowing about the centers in the area. I went to to trusty google. The first one that popped up I rang them and went for a visit with him. I didn't feel right about the center as the staff were not friendly towards me and very welcoming. When I later thought about it, I knew that was not the center for him. As there were way to many kids there.
I looked it up again and found another center went in for a look. Spencer had a good play and I had a chance to really talk to the room leader. Who is LOVELY.. I felt a vibe with her that I didn't feel with anyone else that I had spoken to about Spencer. I talked about my concerns with her and she reassured me that she would strive to do the best thing for him. After 2 hours of Spencer playing, I saw that the right place. He screamed when we had to leave.
As I dropped him off today I didn't feel sad as I knew he was in the right place. The child care workers there were awesome with him. So caring and loving.
I am looking forward to taking him next week as he gets use to his new routine...

Sick of blog outlay

*BLOG UNDER MAINTENANCE*

The man that works way to much

At this time I would like to give some credit to my husband. The man that works way to much. At the moment he is working in a job he cannot stand as far as I could throw. Every day he explains to me how much he dislikes it. 3 days of the week he is than going from one job, than straight to bed than have dinner and on to the next job. I am so grateful for the effort he puts in for looking after his family. He is a fantastic role model for our children and I am looking forward to all this working so much coming to an end. Sadly I still have a feeling we won't get to see much of each other.. Due to him being a uni and me working and studying...
