I am so in love....

It's amazing how many photo's I take of Spencer. I take so many as if it's going out of fashion.
If anyone knows me really well one of my hobbies is photo's I love taking them... I am not any good at it.... But I still give it a shot. I am just so glad that I have a baby that just loves to smile for the camera. But I am also feeling that my boy is growing up so fast and I want to catch every moment of it.

My gorgeous husband who hates having his photo taken... He has more pictures of him sleeping because he hates having his photo taken. Also he is so cute when he is asleep.

For the past week Spencer was lucky to have his Aunty Kristy and Cousin Declan here for a visit. We always love to have them come and stay with Nanny and Poppy. Spencer decided that he should copy Declan and decided to stand.... He thinks Hey if Declan can do it... I will give it a shot. Well with lots of falls and catches. Today Spencer stood up for a few minutes without falling!! And when he had enough of the whole standing thing he just sat back down.

It's amazing how proud I was of my little man.
I couldn't get over Spencer's hair one day last week in how much it has grown... Also the fact that how much it sticks up everywhere when it gets wet... I think it is quite cute. Kurt has already even tried to gel it. (Just for fun though)

Worlds Greatest Babysitters

Yesterday Mum Kristy and I went to the shops and decided to leave Spencer and Declan with The Worlds Greatest Babysitters. Declan was fast asleep so they were happy to keep an ear out for him but we left Spencer in there watchful eye. Robbie wasn't to keen on the idea at the time thinking he could spend time with Kim and we were just using them as a babysitting service. But Kim conviced it will be all good. Well she was right Spencer happily played with them. There was no problem at all. So I told Kurt that we have found one of the Worlds Greatest Babysitters.
Kim and Rob are such a cute couple. I am so grateful for Kim because she puts up with Robbie and she also makes my big brother so happy.
This picture was taken at the family dinner on Sunday. Kim is always eager to help and when Mum came in and asked who wants to cut up the onions for the BBQ Kim jumped right up and said I WILL! So I think she is an awesome chick and my family is already in love with her.

GARD FAMILY DINNER

On Sunday we had a "Gard Family Dinner" It was pretty awesome fun. Kurt made a fantastic BBQ and won over everyone with the chicken. We had a great time getting to know the 2 new members of our family. My brothers girlfriends. I think they really fit into our family.

Spencer had a great night playing with all his cousins. It's just great to get all of us together.

One Year Today

Well Kurt and I have been married for 1 year today and I can't believe how fast the time goes.
I am so grateful for Kurt and I think he is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Although today he really annoyed me with not telling me that he had a calling. (He actually forgot). But I am very happy with him and he brings me such joy in my life.
We had quite a romantic date on Friday night seeing we could not go out on Saturday night we decided to go out Friday night. We had lovely indian for dinner. I had Butter Chicken and Kurt had a spicey roganjosh. After dinner we went to the movies. To see Sweeney Todd.. Not my choice of movie I can tell you that. I told Kurt he could choose! Well that is the last time I let him do that. Kurt is a big Johnny Depp and Tim Burton fan and seeing that Johnny Depp was in it and Tim Burton directed it. Anyway I hated it!! Good time to snuggle though and for my husband to protect me.

This time one year ago......

This time one year ago... Melissa James Hamish Elise and I went to Australia zoo, Here are some photos from the fun and wet experience. At this time I remember how nervous because I was due to get married the next day and it was flippen raining! Also I think I like pretty good back than.. Compared to my body now!!

I can't believe how big my little boy is getting he is now 6 months old and he just seems so busy. He is doing so many skills and always for some reason when he masters one thing he is ready for the next thing. I just can't believe on how fast he is growing. With whatever he does he does it with his tounge out. In the last few days he has taught himself how to sit without any help and also he has learnt how to go from crawling to sitting. He has also now decided that sitting and crawling are old fashion and tries to pull himself up on things. He is also starting to get really bad bed hair.

Jolly Jumpers are fantastic. Spencer loves his.. He see's it more as a swing though... Daddy likes to push him.

Happy Valentines Day

Finally I have decided to go for a straight forward blog. The last one was awesome but I just could not work it.. Anyway I like this one.
The last few days have been pretty packed. Yesterday we had mothers group and normally we have a bit of an activey. But the girls at group made Valentines Day cards for the bub's daddys. So I thought I would share Kurt's with you.

A few days ago Kurt and I decided to buy Spencer a play pen as he keeps getting into things. So he can have some time to play in there while mummy does her mummy chores. So far he loves it. We also finally got Spence a high chair. For we were so sick of been covered in our own food. He feels so proud when he is in the high chair.

Hi Everyone I am so sorry that the blog is a bit everywhere at this time. I decided to do a blog update.... And the blog has gone into a bit of a mess...

WEEKEND

Well we have had another quiet weekend besides Church and busy getting the ward news done. On Friday night we just had a quiet one with doing nothing besides drinking milo because it was cold. Yesterday (Saturday). Kurt helped delevering yellow pages. Which I think he found a little boring. But it was for the youth fundraising. I guess sometimes it can be a little boring. We had a nice night eating KFC and just doing nothing. Than today was Church we had a lovely Sunday. I made cupcakes that turned out awesome (Thanks Mel for the recipe).I have never really made cupcakes before and I felt so stupid asking Melany for the recipe she saved the day as you usual to fix my cup cake craving... Although now I am craving even more because they were so yummy... (Also a big Thank you to Kim for helping me icing them and eating them). And than I got the pleasure of tonight hanging out with some awesome friends. It's really hard sometimes because when I use to live here I use to hang out with my girls but because we are at differnt stages of our lives we seem to not hang out anymore. But I forgot what fun they can actually be.
anyway must be off have to go be an open milk bar again.

Everytime Hamish comes over to visit he pulls out the wiggles blanket. He knows where it is everytime and always has a hard time leaving it. We normally put Spencer on the wiggles blanket but one day when hamish was not around Spencer seemed to get himself into a bit of a mess...

My 2 Big Brothers

I thought I would post some photos of my 2 big brothers. I am so grateful for them. They both now have girls who are just beautiful and perfect for them both. They have been such good big brothers to me. I know brothers can be pains sometimes but they are very good to both Kurt and me, I know they love there nephews and nieces with all there hearts aswell..

18th Feb and Also been my husband for a whole year on the 17th Feb. I won't make this corney or anything but I just wanted to share some old photos with you. I really enjoying looking at old photos of him and me... I mean I use to be skinny and so did he, But it feels like we have been together forever and always been in each others life.. ANYWAY... I said it wouldn't get corney.
